When will my parcel be shipped out?

You submit your waybill order before 5pm, our staff will pack & arrange send out. It's take 1 working days.


Can I purchase any product from China

As long as the goods submitted by the seller for purchasing conform to the conditions of door-to-door delivery and supporting secured transactions, WAADAIGOU can provide you with purchasing services.

There is a wide variety of goods sold in China’s online malls, covering all aspects of the necessities of life. You can submit the goods you need for purchasing through one-click order placement. WAADAIGOU will wholeheartedly provide you with purchasing services.

When you purchase special goods, you need to negotiate with WAADAIGOU by the usual way of calling the customer service hotline. If you purchase special goods, our customer service staff will contact you in two working days to explain to you the details of purchasing special goods.

Please also note that, the goods purchased in China must comply with the laws and regulations of the PRC and shall be allowed for export by the country.

Can I withdraw the credit balance in my account?

Yes. The process will take 3 working days in order to withdraw the credit. We will inform you once done.

How long it take my prepay to top-up?

It's take 30 minutes or less to top-up your prepay because we need to check the amount, time & the date. After confirm, we will top-up to your prepay account.

How to check/track your waybill?

Beauty products, cosmetics related drugs, with battery, magnet products, CD DVD discs, sex toys and other goods are also sensitive.
 
Air contraband
Dangerous goods, weapons, livestock, money, alcohol, flammable, perishable, and all the International Air Transport Association Restricted Item.

What is "Ship For Me" service?

"Ship For Me" service is you contact, pay to the seller  & ship the items to our warehouse. We will receive your parcel, consolidate and ship it back to Malaysia for you.

What is volumetric weight and actual weight?

A less dense item generally occupies more volume of space, in comparison to its actual weight. The volumetric or dimensional weight is calculated and compared with the actual weight of the shipment to ascertain which is greater; the higher weight is used to calculate the shipment cost.


Volumetric = Length x Width x Height x 167

Example = 30x30x20cm
               = 0.3x0.3x0.2m = 0.018CBM x 167
               = 3.01kg


Actual Weight = 2kg


We will calculate base on whichever higher. In this case, we will calculate 3.01kg.

What to do if I receive my parcels & item be damage, wrong items & item missing?

No worry, If you find that there's damage to the external packaging upon delivery, you have to reject the parcel. We will then examine the parcel and contact you for re-delivery or compensation.
If there's no damage to the external packaging, but the items inside are found to be in wrong quantity, color, size or defective, you need to contact the seller for solutions this for ship for me customer. For buy for me customer, please contact us. We will contact the seller for solutions.
